  • Airport Runway Repair
  • Bridge Approach & Departure Slab Repair
  • Infrastructure
  • Ponding Water
  • Warehouses and Industrial buildings
  • Sidewalks and Walkways
  • Soil Densification
  • Leveling of Sinking Railroad Tracks & Crossings. Universities & Schools

Our Unique Solution

Whether sinking is caused by poor compacting or eroding soils, excess moisture from leaking HVAC systems, concrete slab lifting is the solution. These issues need to be addressed quickly to avoid even costlier problems. Today, we use high-density polyurethane foam to lift and level sinking concrete slabs.

What is Slab Jacking?

Slab Jacking is used to raise and level unstable concrete slabs that are sinking over time. This issue can be caused by anything from improper installation to poor soil conditions.

Slab Jacking involves the use of polyurethane foam to fill the voids under the slab.

The foam expands and hardens into a solid surface with incredible strength and durability. Once the foam expands, it smoothly raises the concrete to the desired height. The best part about this is it prevent further sinking and water damage without a negative impact on the environment.

Slab Jacking's ultimate benefit is the substantial cost savings and quick process over concrete replacement.

The 5 Step Process Includes:

  • 1 Analysis of the cause with a solution
  • 2 To raise concrete, drill 5/8 inch holes through the slab
  • 3 Inject polyurethane foam through the drilled port
  • 4 Concrete Lifting – Slabs will raise to ideal height to match adjacent surfaces
  • 5 Patch Holes, then Fill Cracks and Expansion Joints

What Are The Top 10 Benefits Of Polyurethane Concrete Lifting?

  • 1 Easy Access via Hoses to Hard to Reach Areas with Low-Pressure Lifting process
  • 2 Quick Process as little as 45 minutes in some cases. It fills voids while stabilizing already weak soil
  • 3 Avoids expensive concrete replacement
  • 4 Avoids damage to landscaped areas
  • 5 Cost-Effective – 20% to 50% of the cost or replacement
  • 6 Accurate concrete raising of slabs to level adjacent matching areas
  • 7 Control Water Flow in Trenches
  • 8 Moisture Proof – As the foam expands, it pushes the water out of voids
  • 9 Multi-Use – Lifts and raises slabs, stairs, and foundations
  • 10 Marine Use – Polyurethane concrete raising for Sea Walls, docks, and bulkheads

Slab Jacking vs. Replacing Concrete

So, you're faced with a sunken concrete slab that could be repaired via complete replacement or being lifted back into place. How do you know which option to choose? Here are a few things to think about:

  • Raising Concrete is Much More Cost-Efficient Than Replacing
  • More Environmentally Friendly with Polyurethane Concrete Lifting
  • Polyurethane Slab Jacking Requires Considerably Less Downtime
